By accessing milliondollargame.club or joining MDG Algo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.
You must be 18 years of age or older to join MDG Algo. By joining you confirm you are of legal age and are permitted to engage in futures trading in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether futures trading is legal where you reside.
MDG Algo is a software subscription — not an investment product, investment advisor, or broker-dealer. MDG Global Strategies LLC provides algorithmic trading software that executes trades in your own Tradovate brokerage account. MDG never holds, manages, pools, or has custody of your trading funds at any time. Your account is yours alone.
Tradovate is an NFA-regulated futures broker that holds and clears all trades independently. MDG has no role in your account's regulatory status or margin requirements.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past algorithm performance does not guarantee future results. Backtest results are simulated and do not represent actual trading. You may lose some or all of your account balance. By joining you confirm you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your account and trading decisions.
MDG offers two subscription tiers, billed monthly via Stripe: Signals ($35.00/month) and Auto-Trade ($99.00/month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which signal delivery (Signals) or copy trading (Auto-Trade) stops automatically.
To enable copy trading, you provide your Tradovate username and password. These credentials are encrypted immediately using AES-256 and stored securely. They are only decrypted on our server to execute trades on your behalf — never logged, never shared, never visible to MDG staff. You can revoke access at any time by changing your Tradovate password.
You agree not to use milliondollargame.club or MDG Algo to: circumvent trading regulations, engage in market manipulation, launder money, commit fraud, or violate any applicable law. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately.
MDG Global Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our software. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — they may not apply to you.
Any dispute between you and MDG Global Strategies LLC shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. You may opt out within 30 days of joining by emailing support@milliondollargame.club with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of milliondollargame.club constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
