By accessing milliondollargame.club or joining MDG Algo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.
You must be 18 years of age or older to join MDG Algo. By joining you confirm you are of legal age and are permitted to engage in futures trading in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether futures trading is legal where you reside.
MDG Algo is software — not an investment product, investment advisor, or broker-dealer. MDG Global Strategies LLC publishes trade signals from its own algorithm (Signals plan) — the same signals to every member; you decide whether and how to trade them in your own account. The Engine, when it becomes available, licenses the MDG strategy software to you for your personal use; you install and run it yourself, on your own computer and your own brokerage or prop-firm account. MDG never holds, manages, pools, or has custody of your trading funds, and never receives your brokerage login.
Signals are generated by the MDG algorithm in real time, the same for every member, and are not personalized advice. MDG may run the algorithm in a live account or in a simulated (paper) account; a signal reports the algorithm's decision and does not represent that MDG holds a funded position. MDG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TopStep, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Apex or any other firm named on this site; those names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Performance figures on this site are from replays of the strategy on historical market data. These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past algorithm performance does not guarantee future results. Backtest results are simulated and do not represent actual trading. You may lose some or all of your account balance. Your results will differ from the algorithm's: your fills, slippage, fees, timing, position size and the signals you choose to take all affect your outcome. By joining you confirm you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your account and trading decisions.
Signal delivery. Signals are sent as push notifications through a third-party service (ntfy) and by email. Delivery can be delayed, interrupted or missed because of network, device, carrier or provider issues, and MDG does not guarantee that every signal reaches you or arrives in time to act on it. Always check a signal's price against the live market before placing an order.
Signals ($25.00/month) is billed monthly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which signal delivery stops automatically. The Engine ($499.00 one-time founding price) is currently reservation-only: reserving is free and nothing is charged until the Engine opens and you choose to buy it. The first 50 people to reserve (founding seats) keep the $499.00 founding price when the Engine opens; later reservations are offered the launch price; after launch the price for new buyers rises (planned: $999.00). MDG may change the license price for future buyers; a price you have paid never changes.
When available, purchasing the Engine grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the MDG strategy software, dashboard and replay tools on your own accounts. It runs on your own trading account: a funded prop-firm account where the firm allows automated trading (it is built and tested on TopStep), or a live futures account (Tradovate is MDG's recommended broker). Running it requires that account and any API, market-data or platform subscription your firm or broker charges for; those terms are between you and that provider. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the software or its code. MDG retains all rights in the software. MDG may release updated versions of the software from time to time, at its discretion and at no extra charge. Owners are notified by email and in the owner area and are responsible for downloading and installing them. MDG is not obligated to release updates, and the version you already have remains yours to use. MDG may end a license that is used in breach of these terms. The software is provided as-is, with no guarantee of profit or of any particular result; you alone decide whether to run it on a live account and you are solely responsible for every trade it places. Because the license is digital software, the license fee is non-refundable once download access has been delivered.
You agree not to use milliondollargame.club or MDG Algo to: circumvent trading regulations, engage in market manipulation, launder money, commit fraud, or violate any applicable law. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately.
MDG Global Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our software. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription and license fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — they may not apply to you.
Any dispute between you and MDG Global Strategies LLC shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. You may opt out within 30 days of joining by emailing support@milliondollargame.club with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of milliondollargame.club constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
