1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

  • Contact: your email address and name when you join
  • Tradovate credentials: username and password, encrypted with AES-256 immediately on receipt — used only to execute trades on your behalf
  • Payment: billing processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
  • Usage: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and analytics

We do not collect your Social Security Number, government ID, or any identity documents.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and manage your subscription (Signals or Auto-Trade)
  • Operate the MDG Algo software on your Tradovate account
  • Send subscription confirmations, trade notifications, and service updates
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with:

  • Stripe — to process your monthly subscription payment
  • Tradovate — your futures brokerage, which receives trade instructions from the MDG algorithm on your behalf
  • Law enforcement / regulatory — when required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your Tradovate credentials are encrypted with AES-256 (Fernet) and are only ever decrypted to place trades — never logged, never visible to staff. We use industry-standard security practices throughout.

5. Data Retention

We retain your subscription and contact records for the duration of your subscription and for 3 years after cancellation. Your Tradovate credentials are deleted from our systems within 30 days of cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@milliondollargame.club.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies only to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics platforms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of milliondollargame.club constitutes acceptance.
