  • Financial: account activity, transaction history, Tradovate credentials (if provided)
  • Payment: billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
  • Usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session data

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Open and manage your bank account
  • Verify your identity as required by federal law
  • Process payments and subscriptions
  • Operate the MDG Algo software on your Tradovate account
  • Send account notifications and service updates
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only as follows:

  • Unit.co — our FDIC-insured banking partner, for account creation and banking services
  • Wise — for international currency conversion and transfers
  • Stripe — for payment processing (MDG Algo subscription)
  • Tradovate — your futures brokerage, receives trade copies from MDG algorithm on your behalf
  • Legal / regulatory — when required by law, subpoena, or to prevent fraud

4. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 5 years after closure, as required by federal banking regulations. You may request deletion of non-regulated data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@mdgbank.com. Note that some data cannot be deleted due to legal retention requirements.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of MDG Bank after changes constitutes acceptance.
