1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

  • Contact: your email address and name when you join
  • Trading credentials: none — MDG never asks for or stores your brokerage or prop-firm login
  • Payment: billing processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
  • Usage: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and analytics

We do not collect your Social Security Number, government ID, or any identity documents.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and manage your subscription (Signals) or reservation for the Engine
  • Deliver trade signals, and contact Engine reservations when the Engine opens
  • Send subscription confirmations, trade notifications, and service updates
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with:

  • Stripe — to process your monthly subscription payment
  • Law enforcement / regulatory — when required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud
  • Resend — to deliver account and signal emails (your email address)
  • ntfy — to deliver push signals (your private channel ID only; no name or email)

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. MDG does not collect or store brokerage or prop-firm logins. Signals members receive a private, randomly generated notification channel; anyone with that link can read its alerts, so keep it to yourself. We use industry-standard security practices throughout.

5. Data Retention

We retain your subscription and contact records for the duration of your subscription and for 3 years after cancellation. When a Signals subscription ends, its notification channel is removed from the signal list. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@milliondollargame.club.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies only to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics platforms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of milliondollargame.club constitutes acceptance.
